Philomena Asante is an Executive member of the Association of Ghana Industries, Accra (AGI, Accra). she is a serial entrepreneur with keen interest in youth employment. She is the CEO of Minana Services Ltd a Human Resource consult business, co founder of ANP consult and Crop Afrik.
Philomena Asante holds an MBA in Business Development and social entrepreneurship from UNIVERSITA CATTOLICA DEL SACRO CUORE-ALTIS/ Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT), Adabraka with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Ghana. In her 10 years work experience she has trained over 500 youth with employable skills under Nations Builders Corp in 2018. She was a participant in Women in technology conference 2019, Ghana Tech Summit.

Philomena is also a National innovation and entrepreneurship plan Ghana Hub business trainer. She has trained over 500 youth currently placed in skilled jobs. In addition, she has consulted for over 300 SMEs in human resources and other business support services.
She is an active member of the Association of African Entrepreneurs, E4Impact Africa, Social Entrepreneurs, and Society of Human resource Management (Ghana) and has a Membership of Invest in Africa Business linkage program.
