He has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and a Project Management Professional.
In the first few years after his BSc he worked in the Technical Services Unit of the Community Water and Sanitation Agency, Central region on the IDA-STWSSP and with Rahbert Civil on EU’s Small Town Water and Sanitation Project (STWaSaP) where he supervised the construction of small town water supply systems.
In May, 2010 he joined Consar Ltd, one of Ghana’s leading Building Contractors as a Civil Design Engineer. We worked on projects like Oropa Estates development at Tema-Community 20, SG-SSB Head Office, Accra, LDS Accra Temple Campus and Airport Hanger for GIAN-AIR Ltd, West African Base and Oil well Testing Facility for Expro Gulf, Takoradi.
He is a Corporate Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).Being an Executive Member of both Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), Construction Sector and AGI Accra Branch, he has worked on some policy drafts meant to sanitize the Ghanaian construction industry and improve local content and value addition.
He is also a board member of Ghana’s Green Building Council.
He has strong interest in Energy, performance of Buildings and Sustainable Architecture. He has participated in various conferences and workshops on Green Building, IFC’s EDGE, and has worked with environmental Scientist in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of some projects.
